So you invested in a Good Class Bungalow or GCB or an exclusive landed property. Prime space. Prime districts. You want to make it liveable yet an elegant showpiece, a reflection of your years of hard work and also a valuable capital asset to own.

Partial or Complete Renovation

It’s a huge capital investment and requires careful planning in terms of financial outlay, time considerations and integrity of existing design. Of course, a complete overhaul would mean a significant enhanced  asset valuation in the long run. It really depends on your needs or goals?.  Tearing down and rebuilding from scratch is not necessarily a good thing. Home owners should also consider the neighbourhood the property is located in. The property should have a distinct character and yet not be an eyesore.
